Stevens Pavilion (link) is located directly across from the visitor's center (where the bathrooms are) at Hoyt Arboretum. The arboretum is located in Washington Park, which has lots of fun things to explore, such as the Japanese Gardens and Portland Zoo
The venue is non-smoking, as well as alcohol-free. Additionally, Hoyt Arboretum is a "quiet park"
There will be limited parking, so we encourage you to arrive early in order to secure a spot
The MAX Train (blue and red lines) run to Washington Park, about a 10 minute walk from Stevens Pavilion. We got a little confused when we first made the walk, so give yourself some extra time if you take this route
Parking is limited and can't be reserved. There is a parking lot that costs $2/h as well as some free street parking. More info here
Lyft and Uber can easily drop you at the visitor center
If you need a ride, please contact Jas at jas.alexander.m@gmail.com. Some lovely guests have offered to help out if needed
No physical gifts please, unless you're feeling artsy and want to make us something! We are quite fortunate to have all the material possessions we need
Instead, write us a letter! We would love to receive heartfelt messages from our guests, whether they be delivered on the day itself, through the mail, or even via email.
